Hence, why we continue to see great demand for office space to rent near Heathrow, considering the benefits of having access to both the Heathrow Business Hub and a vast array of attractive landmarks in London.

Heathrow as a Business Hub

All of these highly useful services being readily available make Heathrow a convenient and much coveted location for any type of business.

Heathrow and Transport Links

Heathrow offers the major advantage of being easily accessible via the London Underground, with stops at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the airport. Heathrow Central Railway Station is another important transport link, with non-stop trains running to and from London’s Paddington Station.

By road, Heathrow is served by the M4 and A4, with the M25 and A30 also running close by. A large number of buses also operate throughout the area. The Crossrail development when completed will link Heathrow with a large part of east London, with an average journey time of around just 40 minutes.

And of course, there is the airport, used by more than 80 airlines serving 185 destinations across 84 countries. The airport is a base for Virgin Atlantic, and the primary hub for British Airways.

So, for businesses that need to be connected to the rest of the country and indeed the world, Heathrow proves the ideal place to rent office space.

Syon Park is a major historical site set in stunning countryside, although under ten miles from Charing Cross. A popular TV production set, Syon is one of the last great houses of London. The house presents a wealth of art, whilst the park and gardens are a joy to behold with their conservatory, arboretum, meadows and grassland.

Strawberry Hill House and Garden dates back to 1747 when Horace Walpole discovered ‘Chopp’d Straw Hill’ and set about transforming it into his vision of a little Gothic castle complete with pinnacles, battlements and a round tower. Now a major tourist attraction, the house was originally Walpole’s summer residence, although it quickly became a magnet for notable guests including foreign ambassadors, royalty and English aristocracy.

Marble Hill House is a beautiful Georgian villa managed by English Heritage. It was originally built for King George II’s mistress, Henrietta Howard, created as a getaway from the bustle of London. Now the house features exquisitely restored grand interiors set with a fine collection of early Georgian paintings.
